Hi, I'm Lex!

So, a little bit about myself…

I grew up in a smaller town nestled along the Wasatch Mountain Range, and was lucky enough to have travelled a bit. Naturally when I started documenting my adventures, I became pretty attached to my camera. Soon, I began to look at the world differently. Becoming sensitive to the way light moved throughout whatever space I was in, and my brain began thinking in angles and apertures.

Not too long after college, I landed a Head Photographer position with a local studio, spending almost two years shooting 5 sessions a day and managing a team of photographers. I decided to take a break from that, and focus on my own style full time! Plus weddings are just so magical, I love being around that atmosphere.

I have the most amazing hubby who gives the best foot massages after shooting long wedding days. I’m absolutely obsessed with fur babies… especially my own. Traveling is what inspires me most, my favorite color is green, and most importantly, I have a strong opinion that breakfast food should be eaten anytime of day!

Kind Words.

My husband and I could not have chosen a better photographer for our wedding. Alexis did an incredible job and I would highly recommend her to ANYONE and EVERYONE!!

"Lexis was a perfect choice for our wedding! I am not very photogenic and she helps pose you so you don't end up looking awkward! Not to mention she is so sweet and makes you feel so beautiful when she photographs you! She's got some awesome ideas and is up for location suggestions! I was super impressed with how beautiful my bridals came out and I can't wait to see how my wedding pictures turn out too! I couldn't have asked for a better experience with my wedding photographer! Thank you Lexis for everything!"

You made our special day even the more special. We can't believe the attention to detail you put in to every single photo. We loved how comfortable you made us feel and the rest of our family. Speaking of family, we can't wait to share these precious memories for generations to come."
